Karen also teaches at The Life Centre North in Manchester City Centre.
All of our classes are small (8 – 16 students) so this makes it possible for us to come around and offer our assistance to further your development. With small classes, we can get to know you, your limitations & your potential. You also get to know us, which builds a good foundation for the teacher/student relationship.
We offer two styles of yoga, Traditional Hatha Yoga & Ashtanga Yoga.
We place emphasis on moving with the breath which allows you to discover your true potential in a posture and we encourage you to stay there with the breath to enable you to settle and find stability in your practice.

Classes at Yoga For Life
We ask for a 4 week commitment. We feel this gives you a chance to feel the benefits of the yoga. We also have a drop in cost if you can’t commit to 4 consecutive weeks.
If you want to come along and join our classes, you may turn up, no booking required.
