Welcome to Yoga For Life.

Karen and Paul are dedicated practitioners of yoga and pilates who offer classes in Manchester.  We currently hold yoga classes in Prestwich.

All of our classes are small (10 – 16 students) so this makes it possible for us to come around and offer our assistance to further your development.

We offer two styles of yoga, Ashtanga and Traditional Hatha yoga and yoga for beginners.

We place emphasis on moving with the breath which allows you to discover your true potential in a posture and we encourage you to stay there with the breath to enable you to settle and find stability in your practise.

What do I need to bring?
  • We can provide a few mats and necessary equipment but if you have your own mat then bring it with you. Please check the class for mat details.
  • An empty stomach. Allow 2- 3 hours for digestion of a meal, 1 - 2 hrs for a snack
  • Loose comfortable clothes and clean feet!!  All classes are done bare footed
  • An open mind and a sense of humour

Classes at Yoga For Life

Classes are on a booking basis.

We ask for a 4 week commitment. We feel this gives you a chance to feel the benefits of the yoga.

We offer a reduced rate for a 4 week commmitment and there is also a drop-in rate for first - timers.

 If you want to come along and join our classes, call us to secure a place.

We offer beginners and general classes.
